Returns and Exchanges

E4 Gear is unable to accept returns for any reason other than your product(s) being defective or a different item than was ordered.

Items may be exchanged within 14 days of when you receive your order. Keep labels, packaging, invoices, original package, and return the item in the original condition it was sent to you. Do not mistreat the product, try to clean surfaces and be sure not to cause damage. It is very important to take into account these recommendations since your product will be inspected before an exchange is processed. If the product shows signs of use or abuse the product will be returned to you.

E4 Gear will not accept exchanges if:

  • The item has been worn or washed.
  • The item smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors.
  • The item has visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes.
  • There are alterations or modifications of any kind.
  • Tags are removed, altered, or damaged.
  • The item(s) are leggings, tights or underwear.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping fees.
