How can I make a change to my order? 

If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please call or email us RIGHT AWAY at info@e4gear.com / (915) 526-2392, If your order has not yet been shipped, we MAY be able to make the change for you. Please include the E4 Gear order number; the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.  We will respond right away to confirm whether the change is possible.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email? 

Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there, you can email us at info@e4gear.com and we can confirm that the order was placed. 

What happens if an item is back ordered?

We work hard to show only garments that are currently available and to keep our stock up to date. However, it may happen that we run out of stock of items in our inventory when the order is placed. If an item becomes unexpectedly unavailable for shipment, we may have to cancel your order. If this occurs, we will send a backorder or out of stock notification email as soon as possible. 

What name will appear on my credit card bill? 

The name on your credit card bill will be E4 GEAR LLC.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

If you change your mind, please send us a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request and let you know if we can process your cancellation. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. 

Can I get a price adjustment?

We do not offer price adjustments.  

Do you offer wholesale?
